Damac Properties has started handing over units of its flagship luxury real estate development in London – its first foray into the European property market.
Nine Elms is a 50-story luxury twin-tower project in the upscale Zone 1 district of London. It is Damac’s inaugural project in Europe and its first collaboration with Versace that designed the tower’s interiors.
New homeowners of the luxury units have started to get their keys, the company said in a statement.
“Our CRM team is on the ground to ensure a smooth transition and that everything is in picture perfect condition and required access is functioning before customers step into their homes for their viewing appointment,” Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac, said.
He said Damac is “rapidly expanding our global footprint by looking at JV opportunities across the world.”
